First Site: Sponim River
The first site is going to be Sponim River in this site youll find out alot of fun and alot of opening sun.the level of Sponim River Is Medium and is long is about 4 kilometer.The road himself including a system of farmillar caves that are very loved by the people and has bats in it and a perfect place
to having a picnic or regular food. Also Sponim River Is Getting trackby a circle so you dont have to worry about getting back where youstart. Sponim Ecology Part Is That Sponim River himself was made by nature power and not has any human involved. Also the place is learning about history with his history with and making tours with different people in goal to have better natureand makes people do "re think" before the throwing out paper.

אתר שני- חוף הבונים
חוף הבונים הוא רצועת חוף ליד מושב הבונים שמיחד אותה הוא שהיא המפורצת ביותר בין חופי ישראל. ריבוי המפרצים בגלל תהליך הבליה של רכס הכוכר המערבי של מישור חוף הכרמל שנגרם בגלל גלי הים והרוחות שמפוררות את הסלע ויוצרות מפרצונים. חוף הבונים נמצא באחריות רשות הטבע והגנים אשר החשירה מסלולי הליכה לאורך כל השמורה .המסלול מתחיל בחוף הבונים ליד מפרץ הצדפים ומשם השביל מוביל לעבר המערה הכחולה שהיא אחת המערות הגדולות שנוצרו על ידי הגלים בארץ היא נקראת כך בגלל הגוונים הכחולים שנראים בה ,משם ממשיך השביל דרך 3 מפרצים של חוף דור ומסתיים במפרץ הדרומי . חוף הבונים הוא חוף אקולוגי כיוון שהוא הוכרז כשמורת טבע לא ניתן לבנות שם והוא מנסה לשמר את הטבע כדי בדורות הבאים יוכלו לראות את עוצמתו ואת יופיו של קטע חוף זה.
אתר שלישי- מגדים (לינה)
מגדים נוסד ב- 1949 כמושב דתי ובתחילה היה שמו "צפון עתלית" או"עתלית ב'".בתחילה יושבו בו 100 משפחות עולים מצפון אפריקה, רובן ממרוקו וחלק נוסף ממצרים.מגדים הוא מושב עובדים במישור החוף הצפוני, מצפון לעתלית, בתחום המועצה האזורית חוף הכרמל. המושב מונה 670 איש לא כולל הרחבתו של המושב שבה יש עוד כ-500 איש.בשנות ה-90 של המאה ה-20 הוקמה בחלקו הצפוני של המושב הרחבה קהילתית ובה גם שכונה לבני המושב הענפים העיקריים של המושב הם מטעי בננות, גידולי שדה, לולים וצאן. במרכז המושב עובר נחל מגדים ומצפון לו נחל ספונים, שני ערוצים בהם ורמים הנחלים שיוצאים מהר הכרמל סמוך לבית אורן,לכיוון הים התיכון. ממזרח למושב מתנשא מצוק מגדים.לאורך כל ההיסטוריה ישבו בני אדם באזור בתקופות שונות החל מתקופת הברונזה ועד ימיינו .הצימר עצמו נמצא במגדים והוראות נסיעה אליו מורחבות בתוך המפות. הצימר הינו אקולוגי משום שמשתמש בכמות פחותה מן בית מלון רגיל. ובכך גורם לאנשים לבזבז פחות ולטעום יותר מן החוויה האקולוגית.
אתר ראשון- נחל ספונים
האתר הראשון הולך להיות נחל ספונים. אתם יכולים למצוא באתר הרבה מקומות של שמש ואוויר פתוח. הרמה של נחל ספונים היא נורמלית ואף קלה. המסלול עצמו אורך כ-4 קילומטרים. השביל עצמו כולל מערות מפורסמות אשר באים לשם רק בשביליהם רוב התיירים. לפני שנוסעים למסלול חובה לקנות מצרכים בסופר הקרוב בשביל לערוץ פיקניק. ספונים הוא מסלול מעגלי בכדי שלא יצטרכו לדאוג מאיפה התחלתם או יצאתם. החלק האקולוגי בתוך נחל ספונים עצמו הוא האווירה האקולוגית אשר ממנה בא מכיוון שהוא נוצר בידי הטבע ולא עבר כמעט שום שינויים מפיו האדם. המקום עצמו אף אורך סיורים בשביל ללמד יותר על חלקו ההיסטורי.
Bonim Shore is a strip of the shore near Bonim Mosav and what special him is that his the most full of brays in all israel shore. most of the brays are beacuse of prosess weathering of the west ridge of the strate of the carmel shore that exist beacuse of the wind and the sea that breaking down the stone and making frays. The bonim shore is in resposobility of the nature and gardens responsobility and the nature and gardens responsobal to alot more roads in that area. the road start in the bonim shore and from the there going threw to the blue cave that this is one of the most famous cave in the country that call like this beacuse of the blue marks on it. from there to threw 3 frays of dor shore and. bonim shore is ecology beacuse he his an nature reserve beacuse alot of places are there are a source for anamils.

Third Site- Megadim (Sleep)
Megadim was settle in 1949 as a religious place, in the start his name was north atlit. in the begining of the place 100 familes moved from north africa, most from maraco and another part from egypt. The population of Megadim is about 670 people no including exdention. in the 90`s born in the north of the place a big community and in this community. many people from it do Garding. in the center of megadim is going megadim river and north from it theres sponim river. two channels that they connected and going together to the sea. from east to the place theres a big cliff. long threw the history many people was sitting inside that place. The Zimmer him self is inside megadim and extended informaiton of how to get there you can find in maps tab. the zimmer himself is ecology beacuse he using less energy from a regular hotel' and thats make people waste less and taste alittle from the ecology expremint.
